Completely DIY Lincoln Log House

I played with Lincoln Logs as a kid, there were never enough of them to make anything other than a simple square house. But they were fun, and if you had a few kits combined you could really make some cool stuff.

Well, this redditor decided to make his own Lincoln Logs, and make a full house with them. Ok, not full, but a large house, with a upstairs and balcony and porch. Yes, the video is long, and if you’d like you can watch the sped up version on the reddit post. But it’s worth watching parts of it.

Building a LEGO Wooden Duck

Having made stop motion before I understand the effort that went into making this production. I have to say though, this is some pretty amazing production skills. It also shows that there’s always a use to having more LEGO bricks.

Halo Trailer Overview

This is a pretty great fan made trailer for the Halo Franchise:

It’s perfect – it gives a slight overview of the universe without giving too much away. It makes it feel like there’s twists, turns, and lots of unknowns to be had. Exactly like what is in store for those who play the game.

You should watch it, and then join me on MCC.

US Cities Quiz

How many US Cities can you name? What if I gave you as much time as you wanted or needed? Still can’t name any? Here, I’ll give you a hint:

As the caption says, there are 250 cities represented there. Surely the dots around the country will help you remember some names.

Ok, still not sure, – just put in colors. You’d be surprised at how many cities are names after colors!

Anyway, if you’d like to play this game for yourself, head on over here. There are other versions for Europe and Asia, but I didn’t even bother with those.

I found this quiz while cruising around YouTube one evening. I watched a minute or two of this British guy, then decided I wanted to I watched him.

I like his style going state by state. There’s a bunch that missed in some of his states.
