I don’t take to well to the modulated voice, but i learned some interesting stuff.  I learned about the Leidenfrost effect first hand:

The Leidenfrost effect is a phenomenon in which a liquid, in near contact with a mass significantly hotter than the liquid’s boiling point, produces an insulating vapor layer which keeps that liquid from boiling rapidly.

That’s from wiki, I have no idea what it means, but after seeing the video, I can easily explain it, and that’s the power of video science!!  As for the actual effect, I believe it, why not, it makes sense, and I’m all for believing random internet videos that I stumble to, that’s half the fun of the internet!  (I hope Mythbusters get on this) {source}
