Downtime this afternoon

In case you didn’t realize it, the site was down for at least 2 hours this afternoon. That was due to an outage in my area. Apparently a truck hit a pole and the wires fell down, and that makes the internet stop. Who knew?
Anyway, after a 3min live chat session with Optimum Online, I found out what was wrong, and they assured me service would return soon. Another win for OO, they truly are the best ISP around, how I love living in the tri-state area.
