Survalance cameras throughout the property, particulate air filters, 8 foot copper poles embedded into the ground connected to the rebar in the concret shell to protect against EMP, the combined thickness of concret, and earth gives 70-100% radiation protection. Fake rock exterior to protect against fire and the other elements. The house is heated entirelly by self contained coal/wood burners, home comes with several tons of coal, and several cords of wood. Minimum temp inside in winter is 50 F which is totally survivable.

I’m at a loss for words about this place. I want it. It’s probably the cheapest way around to survive Armageddon. Only drawback I can see is that if someone forces your front door, is there a back? And what about if paparazzi or other annoying people come (because you’re the most popular guy in the world, Steve). You’d be stuck in there.

well, there is a safe room, and, there if a break in is detected, the house will automatically dial up to 6 numbers i think, one of which was the local 911.
Also, no one knows where this house is, so paparazzi wont be there.
and, lets face the facts, if i ever become famous, the paparazzi will be afraid of me, cause i’ll be putting a big sign on the entrance to my property saying: trespassers will be shot.
